Reunited!


I had the Corgi Scannertron as a kid, these futuristic vehicles were what I really hoped to drive to work someday. The realisation that my childhood expectations would never come to fruition combined with the $50 price tag made me leave the mall without it....

Not ruling the planet....


It seems Toys R Us and Wal-Mart utilized a simple plan when clearing out unsold (translation : almost all) merchandise from Tim Burton's best forgotten reimagining of Planet of the Apes, they simply sent it to every flea market, toy show and antique mall I visit. The girl (I'm too bitter to look up and see her name) was only sold in Canada, absolutely nobody cares....

Score! Gulliver Marvel Superheroes



Why I love Flea Markets: Never in my life did I think I'd find something the other morning let alone these uber cool Brazillian Marvel Superhero figures at the Vintage Videogames booth. I covet these but don't have the stones to hunt them down on Mircado Libre, so this was a happy find.
